You will learn about the structure of the plant, its natural habitat, its fragrances, some basic tips to care for orchids, and other much more interesting information. In the Garden you can see a collection of more than 460 species of orchids, throughout the year there is an average of 120 plants in flower per day.

80% of the natural orchids in the world are miniature. Much of our large collections are small orchids native to the Monteverde region. Including some of the smallest in the world, these stunning flowers can be smaller than 2cm wide.
